Catering Policies

1. Catering contract signed with a deposit or credit card gaurantee of 50% is required to confirm catering requirements at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable.



2. Menus and final arrangments should be made at least 72 hours prior to the function.



3. The guaranteed number of guests attending must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the function. You will be billed the guaranteed number of attendance, whichever is the greater.



4. Applicable taxes will be added to all food and beverage items.



5. 15% catering charge will be added.
