LB Cafe & Catering is owned and operated by a Red Seal Journeyman Chef with Cordon Bleu and Eastern European Training, who in the standards of fine food maintains a high degree of quality and workmanship in all the food preparation and presentation.

Catering Policies

Catering contract signed with a deposit or credit card guarantee of 50% is required to confirm catering requirements at the time of booking. Deposits are non-refundable.
Menus and final arrangments should be made at least 72 hours prior to the function.
The guaranteed number of guests attending must be confirmed 72 hours prior to the function. You will be billed the guaranteed number of attendance, whichever is the greater.
Applicable taxes will be added to all food and beverage items.
15% catering charge will be added.
